I'm a landscaper and bought this primarily as an irrigation wire locator. It's paid for itself on the first job. Much better build quality than the Kolsol unit I had previously, and the rechargeable batteries are a huge plus.
Very accurate underground wire detector. Took a little bit of time to understand the importance of a good earth stake for the transmitter, but once you get that right, the depth reading is spot on. Instructions could be slightly clearer for beginners.
